Even after installation, sliding the electrical panel from one side to the other, the length stop can be easily placed on the left or the right side of the bead saw.<\/p>\n<p>Cutting list creation<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manual entering of data from touch screen<\/li>\n<li>Loading files from USB memory, Ethernet or Wi-Fi (.txt)<\/li>\n<li>Radio reception of measurements from the DigiBAR electronic gauge and automatic creation of list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is possible to add, delete and edit any line at any time, selecting the line directly from the touch screen. If needed, the machine is able to manage the head cut of any initial cutting cycle.<\/p>\n<p>DigiSTOP integrates with exhibiting bead saws through a pressure switch (optional) that gives the machine a pneumatic impulse for clamping and\/or cutting signal. The carriage fence moves automatically away from the saw after the cutting operation to facilitate cut piece removal.<\/p>\n<p>The integration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digistop.it\/en\/product\/measure\/digibar-4-0-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DigiBAR 4.0<\/a> electronic gauge is the most common and easiest way to work with the DigiSTOP4.0 length stop: a cutting list will be automatically generated in real time during the measurement cycle.<br \/>\nThe DigiSTOP control unit integrates an advanced radio interface that is able to create and manage a robust radio network in the whole workshop.<br \/>\nAll the products of the DigiFAMILY family are able to use this network to exchange information.<br \/>\nThe color touch screen contains all the information the operator needs during the work cycle, the colored areas clearly and immediately indicate the status of the machine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><b>DigiSTOP 4.0 Heavy \u2013 Electronic length stop for large\/heavy profiles<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The DigiSTOP 4.0 H (Heavy) is an electronic length stop (measurement stop) that can be integrated with any existing saw and cutting unit for iron, aluminium, or PVC profiles.<\/p>\n<p>The roller conveyor is constructed with sturdy aluminium extrusions; the measurement stop is mounted on an extremely sturdy carriage that slides on two linear guides (one front and one rear).
