DigiCT is a measuring tool to test the breaking load of welded PVC frames.
It is made of a sturdy powder coated metal sheet case.
The testing area is protected by a screen to prevent any possible projection of materials.

The angle to be tested is clamped and a loading force is applied by a hydro-pneumatic cylinder.
Simultaneously a load cell and a digital control unit are monitoring the force applied to register the breaking load value.
DigiCT allows to perform measurements according to the EN514, updated and approved by the Italian Institute of Plastics (IIP)
