DigiBAR 4.0 – Wireless Electronic Gauge for glass beading

Profiles Archive

The internal memory of the gauge allows the storage of glazing bead profile codes to be measured, for the further transmission of them to the associated machine.

If the machine is equipped with the EGS – Electronic Glass Simulator system, the clamping of profile can be set up automatically, without any need of counter blocks.

Cutting cycles Archive

The operator will be able to set the corresponding cutting cycle of the bead directly from the DigiBAR gauge.

In this way, the caliber will also transmit to the associated machine detected measure and cutting cycle code

In case the associated machine is the DigiBS (variable angle cutting), the device will automatically set the cutting angle as well (45° or 90°, etc.).

Data storage on machine PC

The DigiBAR 4.0 software offers the possibility to send and receive all the saved data to the connected machine. This function has been designed to minimize any inconvenience in case of hardware replacement or data loss on the DigiBAR 4.0.

In case a PC replacement is needed or if you would like to associate an additional new DigiBAR4.0 to the same production line, it will be sufficient to send the archives saved on the machine to the caliber, transferring all the stored data to the new device.
