DigiEBB simultaneously performs five 1mm thick cuts in the bottom (out of sight) of PVC glazing beads, making the piece much more flexible and facilitating its insertion into small frames.
DigiEBB is equipped with two adjustment knobs that allow you to quickly set up the cutting of glazing beads of different shapes and sizes; with the setting indicators it will be possible to change
profile adjustment in a few seconds.
The operator will operate the clamping device, feed the piece to the blades and set the cut by simply pulling down the handle. Each workpiece will be engraved in the same way guaranteeing the cuts out of sight
DigiEBB is also equipped with a drawer to collect the cutting chips.

DigiEBB is a multi-blade cut-off machine designed to precisely cut the part of the PVC glazing bead that is not visible in order to make it more flexible and therefore easier to insert into the frame, especially if the frame is small.
